Good location for us. Good pricing. Clean and fresh with decent sized rooms.

I would encourage the management to teach staff how to make a bed, our stay was let down by the obvious lack of attention in making beds, which makes one think about how careful the staff are with other areas. The bed was "made" however on folding back the covers, the mattress cover was clearly bunched up under the sheets, meaning we had to unmake the bed in order to make it again so as a comfortable sleep could be had. Other than this we found no real fault with the motel, overall a very nice place to stay.

Staff was great, pet friendly, clean facility.

Transient people in parking lot, a little uneasy feeling, and while walking dog at nite, bum sleeping in bushes in a chair.

Position close to Homosassa Springs State Park. Friendly staff. It is worth but people expecting a luxury hotel, shall maybe book something more expensive... It is a simple but friendly and economic motel. Breakfast also very basic but still better than nothing.

Non-smoking room was stinky like a smoking one... This is something I really do not like. Our clothes stunk of smoke the day after. Very noisy air condition.

Enjoyed the pool. The bar/restuarant had excellent Grouper. Tried both the grilled and the fried. The price was great. The lady that checked me in was very courteous. Great personality.

Went to enjoy the breakfast at 8, wasn't much to enjoy. Was headed to Homosassa springs for the day. So was kind of counting on the breakfast to get me through until lunch.

Well we were told that we had internet but it never work we call front desk and were given the run around.We were going to stay another ewo night but did not because of the internet issue. When we check out we told the front desk clerk and they brush it off it is a shame.

It was close to our friends, and it also gave us a little "away" time for some much needed relaxation!

Badly in need of repair/renovation. Strong foul/cigarette odor in "non-smoking" room. Noisy and inefficient A/C. Room very bright at night.Continental breakfast worthless. Cold coffee, carbs only food options, dirty dark dining area.

The hotel was nice. The room was big and clean. It had a nice pool, good continental breakfast. But most importantly, it was super close to Homosassa Wildlife park.

Decent price in a nice location

There was a large dead cockroach in the middle of the floor upon arrival.

It was a nice clean hotel with friendly service.

I thought the continental breakfast could have been better.

Clean spacious rooms, accomidations for everyone, great pool, play area for the kids, nice lounge and patio with umbrella/tables just next to the river complete with singing frogs. Resturant with good variety (Loved the gater bites) Karioke on Saturday nights. Quant wooden bridge leading over to the state wildlife park and River tours by pontoon boat. Close to attractions and stores. Staff is very friendly and accomidating. After a busy day/evening having fun, back to the spacious room with its thick walls to relax, slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. Festive look to the place. Cold ac. Relaxed atmosphere. I will be going back again, didn't want to leave!

Bad bed dirty no customer service internet not working noisy refrigerator noisy air conditioner squeaking cieling loud talking until 4am in upstairs room poor breakfast very unhelpful staff went to do a travel story for a magazine on the area and just aborted the trip 4by3 tv with bad reception.

The room was very clean and good size, tv, fridge, microwave, iron, coffeemaker, etc all included. The bed was sooooo comfortable (wish I had a mattress like that at home.). The continental breakfast included cereal, waffles, toast, bakery, milk, coffee and juice. Very good. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN (AND I SURE WE WILL BE BACK) IN A HEARTBEAT.

The only thing that our room could have improved on was the shower/toilet room. It was clean but could be modernized. Other than that no complaints and that isn't actually a complaint more like a suggestion. But like I said it was clean.
